Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations, and Modifcations.

We understand sometimes things don't work out, here are our policies:

Due to each product being customized and created uniquely for your best friend we do not accept any returns or exchanges on our products.

Some products or materials may become unavailable on short notice, we will contact you within 48 hours of your purchase if that is the case.

If you receive an incorrect product, you will be asked to send a photo and measurement of the product, and we will send the correct product/s immediately free of charge.

We understand things come up, but we ask that if there needs to be a cancellation that you cancel within 24 hours of placing your order.

Our hardware has a lifetime guarantee, if any pieces fail, we will replace it to you at no cost.  In the event this happens we ask that you send a photo to jigsewco@outlook.com so we can get this process started for you.

Please note that any products needing repair will be shipped at the cost of the customer.

If you have a gift card or promo code to use, please ensure you add it while you place your order, we cannot apply it afterwards.

In the case a customer becomes disrespectful towards Jigsew Co. or another customer we reserve the rights to cancel their order.  In the event of any unwanted behaviour the customer will receive a full refund.
