What are the sizes of collars you offer?

Our collars come in the following sizes:

Small: 10-14"

Medium: 13-17"

Large: 16-20"

X-Large: 19-23"

Need a custom size? No problem! Just request it in the custom section. Remember to have your tape measurer handy for a proper fit!

How do I ensure a proper fit?

Be sure to have a soft tape measurer and keep your dog still.

For regular collars you will measure around the base of the neck in inches. The collar should be tight enough that it will not slip up and over the head.

For martingales you will need two measurements. The first is at the base of the neck for neck size. The second is the head size (under the chin to behind the ears). This ensures the collar can slide over the head. If your neck measurement is 13" and your head is 17" that means your dog fits a medium!

Can I customize my products?

Yes! All Jigsew Co. products have the potential to be customized! When you order there is an option for customized products, but we suggest you send us a DM on Instagram or an email so we can collaborate and make your dreams come true!

How long will it take for my order to ship?

We hand create each product as they are ordered, we ask for a three to four week period before your items are shipped. Although, we will try and send it as soon as pawsible!

How do I clean my Biothane products?

Biothane is one of the easiest things to keep clean! See a smudge, dirty spot, or mud bath? No problem! No matter the mess, a simple gentle wash with soap and water will do the trick. If you need to work a little harder you can use a soft cloth or a soft tooth brush on your products.

What is Biothane?

Biothane is a woven polyester webbing with a soft PVC coating that comes in a variety of colours. It is durable, soft, lightweight, waterproof, odour proof, antimicrobial, and easy to clean. It repels sand, water, dirt, dust, mud, and is resistant to tears. It is great for dogs who have allergies as the material does not hold onto allergens. It is also a great option to protect coat from breakage which creates matting.
